2Shapes offers a configuration and training service to help you integrate and adapt 2Shapes to your business. In addition, you and your team will learn the applications you need for Point of Sale to serve your customers and improve the customer experience in your online stores/shops. Also, CRM to manage your online store/shop and increase sales opportunities.

Setup and Training Structure

We will organize a meeting with you to get to know more about your business and team and identify what needs you have so that we can tailor a plan for your case.

Planning Stage

We will create a plan with a list of objectives to tailor the training to your needs.

Set up your Organization

  • We will create the manager’s account
  • We will create your team, invite your team members and configure the roles. In 2Shapes we can define which modules we want the members to be able to access.
  • We will install the applications for each team member.
  • We will define your company’s preferences

Inventory

  • We will create the list of your products: Import from existing data and create from scratch, defining properties.
  • Upload images and videos for use in your products and collections.
  • We will define how to group and present your products at the point of sale.
  • We will create configurators with products with variants.

Pricing, Markup, Taxes and Shipments

In 2Shapes, there is the possibility to define prices automatically based on your costs and inventory. This is crucial when working with custom jewelry and super configurators for your POS or online store.

  • We will create the manufacturing centers, with costs and production times.
  • We will import your inventory of diamonds and gems: Import from existing data or create from scratch, defining the properties.
  • We will define the commercial margins we want to apply to our products depending on different criteria.
  • We will configure the taxes: 2Shapes calculates the taxes automatically.
  • We will define the shipping options we want to offer, especially necessary for online stores.

Creation and configuration of your online store

2Shapes offers the possibility to create our online store directly on our platform, or to integrate it with other platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. 

  • We will customize to your brand image the point of sale, as well as regional configurations and preferences.
  • We will create your physical stores: Location, map and opening hours in order to define where we have our products and pick up points.
  • We will define the product catalog for our physical stores. In 2Shapes the inventory is unique for stores and online stores, but we can define which products we want to offer in our online business or in our stores.
  • We will define your legal conditions for your customers.

In case you have a WordPress or Shopify store:

  • Installing 2Shapes WordPress or Shopify.
  • Configuration of 2Shapes options in WordPress or Shopify.

POS

Training of POS operations in your store and in your online stores

You and your team will learn how 2Shapes Point of Sale works and how to use it to sell face-to-face daily at your locations/online stores, covering all steps from creating a customer to processing a sale.

Management operations training

You and your team will learn about the day-to-day operations of customer management, budget creation or management and sales.

CRM - Sales Training

Opportunities are automatically generated on a recurring basis, such as customer birthdays or wedding anniversaries, and other opportunities based on interactions in our stores or online stores.

Follow-up meetings

We will periodically organize meetings to follow up on the use of 2Shapes, and resolve any doubts or proposals that may arise. The frequency of follow-up meetings will be adapted to your needs. However, we recommend it at least once a month.

Cost

The start-up and training fee is 1200 euros per shop and online shop.

There is no limit to the number of participants per online store; your entire team with an active subscription can participate.
