We created 2Shapes almost four years ago to enable companies to offer personalised jewellery to their customers. We already have over 250 active customers in over 30 countries and more than 2200 users in a free model.
We have focused on developing 2Shapes along three business lines:
- In-store customisation
- Online store customisation
- Backoffice customisation for designers and manufacturers.
Although we have some customers who use all three in their day-to-day business, we often have retail customers on the one hand, designers and manufacturers on the other… and the needs are entirely different.
That’s why we have decided to create a new division within 2Shapes to focus solely and exclusively on jewellery designers and manufacturers. This change is internal for the company: development team, marketing, and sales, but also external: products, website, and distribution channels,… Therefore, we have created a new product, RhinoArtisan, which will be 100% focused on designers and manufacturers. On the other hand, 2Shapes.com will continue with the same objective of creating the best technology for jewellery customisation, but only for Retail.
Undoubtedly, this new structure will allow us to grow even more in both Retail and Design.
